UN women is seeking an International Gender Consultant to provide technical advice on gender mainstreaming into two draft laws Law on Preventing and Combating Narcotic Drugs and the amended Law on Handling of Administrative Violations from the perspective of Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and Gender Equality Law of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
