Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City office
Internship duration 6 months
Internship time Monday – Friday, at least 24 hours/week, max 40 hours/week
Report to National Director
SUMMARY The intern will be responsible to support initiatives. The intend will help enhance effectiveness by providing information management support particularly in fundraising and program operations. S/he will contribute to team effort by following-up on initiatives and coordinating for the accomplishment of related results as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct research initiatives that will support strategic partnership development
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data entry, and graphics
  • Contributes to time conservation by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications as needed
  • Enabling support for following up, coordinating, documenting, and compiling internal information products
  • Arrange meetings
  • Other tasks requested by the leadership team
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Students at Universities/Colleges in Development, International Studies, Economics and/or related field; having introducing letter from Universities/Colleges for the internship
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese are required
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; knowledge of other relevant programs is a plus
  • Good coordination skills and well-organized, detailed - oriented
  • Be able to manage tasks independently
  • Confident and good presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, possesses a positive and proactive outlook with a thirst for dynamism

PHYSICAL CONDITION: The internship requires normal physical condition
