Interpretation and Translation Services for Workshops, Trainings and Activities

ADVERTISMENT Interpretation and translation services for workshops, trainings and activities organized by Bread for the World for period 2020-2022 Bread for the World (BftW) is the globally active development and relief agency of the Protestant Churches in Germany. The organization is a member of various national and international networks and works closely with other aid agencies. The Regional BftW Office in Hanoi is supporting local partner organisations in Vietnam and Laos in empowering people to overcome poverty and strive for an inclusive socio-economic development with strong emphasis on biodiversity and environmental protection. The Regional Office of Bread for the World in Hanoi is looking for a Company / or individuals interested to carry out (simultaneous & consecutive) interpretation and translation services for workshops, trainings and activities in the field organized by BftW to further qualify civil society and non-profit organisations in Vietnam and Laos funded by BftW. Main areas:

financial management
Monitoring and Evaluation
Climate change and environmental protection, alternative energy
Rural development, including livelihood, income generation and value chains

Time period: 3.2020 – 12.2022 Venue: Hanoi in Vietnam, Vientiane and other provinces or districts Kindly send your financial and technical proposal with details as follows: A. Financial proposal: All fees must include Tax (VAT or PIT , etc)

Simultaneous interpretation service (Vietnamese-English): gross fee per day and half day.
Consecutive interpretation service (Vietnamese-English): gross fee per day and half day
Translation from English to Vietnamese and vice versa 350 words:
Translation from English to German and vice versa 350 words:
Translation from English to Laos and vice versa 350 words:

B. Technical proposal:

Your company profile (maximum 1-2 pages)
At least 03 CVs of proposed professional interpreters/translators with list of assignments conducted from 2015 until now.
