Vacancy Announcement Position: Investment Promotion Manager Location: Hanoi, Viet Nam Team/Division: Investment Promotion Department Position Type: Full-Time Organization Background KOTRA (Korea Trade and Investment Agency) is established to contribute to the development of the Korea economy by performing work such as trade promotion, investment between domestic and foreign companies and support of industrial technology cooperation etc. The main function of KOTRA includes expanding medium and small-sized enterprises’ business in overseas markets, Supporting small-sized enterprises (SME) to extend their business abroad, and Overseas market information production, spread and consulting. Job Summary • The Investment Promotion Manager will report to Senior Manager or higher management level and directly conduct legal and policy research, analyze trade and investment trend and opportunities, and practices pertaining to foreign trade and investment. • This position will establish network and maintain strong relationships with governmental and non-governmental partners in order to facilitate trade-investment activities for Korean investor in Vietnam. Benefits • Insurance, bonus, annual leave • Salary: Negotiated (1000 USD++) Minimum requirement • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Law, Public Policy, Economics, International Relation, Marketing ect; • Minimum 5 years of experience in business, government or NGOs in the fields of marketing, trade promotion, economics, and international trade is a plus; • Knowledge of Vietnam’s economy, business customs and practices, marketing channels, laws, regulation, and investment policies; • Ability to plan, organizes, and conduct research report according to request; • Verified track record working with relevant government agencies, industry stakeholders; • Ability to work to deadline in a fast paced environment; • An analytical mind with an openness to new ideas and innovations; • Excellent time management and multitasking ability • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Vietnamese; • Excellent computer skills (MS office package, email, database skills, internet); Application Process: Interested candidates, who meet the above qualifications should apply online via Vietnamwork with CV and a cover letter or email to nna.kotra@gmail.com latest by 23:59 of 05 December 2020.
