We are an international confederation of 19 organizations (affiliates) working together with partners and local communities in the areas of humanitarian, development and campaigning, in more than 90 countries.
Oxfam in Vietnam is working to seek transformative changes in policies, practices and beliefs in ways that will fundamentally improve the lives of poor and marginalized women and men and ensure that all citizens have the same opportunity to enjoy their rights.
Oxfam is conducting a tender process to hire an accounting firm to deliver accounting services to Oxfam’s grantees under the justice initiatives facilitation fund (EU JULE JIFF). We invite your submission of a proposal as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 12th Mar 2020 at 10.30 am upon conditions in the tender dossier.
Date of opening tender: 12th Mar 2020 at 10.45 am at Oxfam office.
Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
