Description

Gravity Water is a US-based 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization focusing on turning rain into safe water for schools in need. Gravity Water is seeking a Lao Cai Province Manager of Vietnam to assist the Gravity Water Operations Team in developing, implementing, and scaling the Organization’s clean water projects in the northwest subregion of Vietnam. Lao CaiProvince Manager of Vietnam will be part of a supportive and professional team of passionate individuals dedicated to making clean water accessible to the communities that need it most.

This position focuses on two primary objectives: (1) maintaining clear and consistent communication with the Regional Director of Vietnam on past, present, and future projects, and (2) organizing and implementing clean water projects at schools in need throughout the Northwest subregion of Vietnam. Responsibilities

Essential job responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to:

Plan, coordinate, and implement Gravity Water projects within the region
Continuous monitoring and evaluation for all projects within the region
Relationship development with local stakeholders and partners
Project reporting and management

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Vietnamese Citizen
Passion for providing clean water to communities in need
Fluent English and strong communication skills is preferred
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relatable field
Leadership and organizational skills
Ability to travel on weekdays/weekends (50% of time will require travel)

Experience using Google Drive
Proposal development
Photography
Engineering
Project management & planning
Experience working in the nonprofit or social impact sector
