Organization: Gret is a French NGO founded in 1976, whose activities range from the field to policy-making in the fight against poverty and inequality. GRET has been present in more than 30 countries, in a variety of fields / topics to provide sustainable and innovative solutions to the united development process. GRET has been operating in VIetnam since 1988.

We are looking for a legal service provider with competitive quotation for the package of registering a private company in Vietnam and its branch in Cambodia.

The service proposal should include the following information:

• The methodology and/or services offers of registration.
• Quotation of private company registration in Vietnam including all related costs, consultant service fee, and or other payment/fees according to Vietnam government by law.
  • Certificate of Investment registration,
  • Certificate of Business registration,
  • Certificate of Tax registration
• Quotation registration subsidiary in Cambodia
  • MOC registration.
  • GDT registration
  • MLVT/DLVT registration
