Local consultant supporting development of a legal compatibility report of international and national legislation related to rehabilitation provision under the revised Laws on Examination and Treatment Law (LET)
Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Within this project, VNAH, in coordination with Legal Department – MOH, is seeking a local consultant supporting development of a legal compatibility report of international and national legislation related to rehabilitation provision under the revised Laws on Examination and Treatment Law (LET). Please refer to the attached ToR for more details.
