British Embassy Hanoi is recruiting a Logistical & Administrative Support Officer.
This role's main purpose is to provide administrative, logistical and financial support for the Embassy’s Political, and Prosperity Teams, liaising and arranging meetings with government and private sector contacts, assisting with interview logistics, interpreting and translating, assisting organising visits and other events.
Main purpose of job:
A flexible role allowing the person to be a key part of a wide range of Embassy’s events and work and gain a wide range of experience including providing administrative, logistical and financial support for the Embassy’s Political, and Prosperity Teams, liaising and arranging meetings with government and private sector contacts, assisting with interview logistics, interpreting and translating, assisting organising inward and outward visits and other events and providing logistical, organisational and other support required by the Teams and the wider Embassy.
The successful candidate will be expected to embody the UK Civil Service code.
