ACTED France (HQ)
At ACTED's headquarters in Paris, around sixty people are dedicated to the operational support of projects implemented in our countries of intervention.
Main role and responsibilities
  • Based at the head office in direct contact with the Director of Finance, you will perform the following missions:
  • Monitoring and control of field accounts in a given geographical area
  • Monitoring and control of internal control tools
  • Participation in the preparation of donor audits at headquarters
  • Updating of certain management tools for the administrative and financial manager
  • Responsible for reporting and classification at the head office of field accounting documents
Qualifications and skills required
  • IEP, Business School, higher education in finance management or equivalent
  • Finance and accounting skills
  • Responsibility and working under pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
  • Dynamic, autonomous and proactive
  • Interest in international emergency aid and development programs
