Job title: Manager (Projects) Reports to Direct: CEO, VietED Centre Indirect: Board, VietED Group
Job purpose
Manager (Projects)shall play an important role in sourcing, implementing and monitoring the technical assistance, training and other activities of VietED Centre. S/he will manage multiple projects including staff and consultants under his/her span of control.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist VietED CEO and other board members in sourcing business for the Centre. This will include:
- Interacting with potential clients, donors, investors
- Writing proposals
- Keeping VietED Collaterals ready and updated
- Keeping CVs updated
- Maintaining a database of the consultants
- Lead/Take part in technical assistance and training activities of the Centre as consultant/trainer
- Conducting internal training of VietED Group institutions as per need
- Leading the HR and admin functions at VietED
- Preparing training material
- Arranging logistics of trainings, travel related to consulting
- Preparing reports related to training, consulting
- Assisting in board meetings, making agenda
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Education: Master in Management, Economics, Finance, English or social development
- Specialized knowledge and Skills: Good communication skills, training skills and should be able to speak English
- Experience: at least 5 years in relevant fields – training, consulting, livelihoods and value chain, access to finance/microfinance, logistics management
Other requirements:
- Appropriate age from 27-40
