EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (‘CNCF’) is one of the longest serving NGO’s in Vietnam and Mongolia. In November 2019, we celebrate our long presence of 30 year of giving children back their childhood in recognition of Christina Noble and her Foundation in Vietnam. Since inception CNCF has established 164 projects across Vietnam and Mongolia and has provided immediate and long-term life-saving and life-enhancing humanitarian assistance to around 900,000 children living in poverty, and impacted the lives of over 1,000,000 people through our community development programmes. MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT The Marketing Assistant is accountable to the Communications Manager and supports the work of the Marketing Team on projects directed at maximising CNCF’s reach and developing marketing campaigns to support CNCF’s operations in both Mongolia and Vietnam.  Excellent organisational skills are a main requirement for the role and playing a key part in communicating the organisation’s marketing message internally and globally and at all times ensuring all communications are true to the Foundation’s values and guidelines.   II. Responsibilities: Work alongside Marketing Team to produce and implement world-class strategic marketing plans to promote and organically grow CNCF:
  • Support Marketing Officer with content creation and scheduling for CNCF social media platforms;
  • Support Creative Officer with CNCF photography, graphics and video production;
  • Ensure all CNCF creative are consistent and abide by CNCF Branding & Communication Guidelines;
  • Manage logistics of print production, proofing and distribution of CNCF publications, leaflets, brochures, publicity material;
  • Organise, update and maintain CNCF storage libraries;
  • Support administration and logistics of internal and external events;
  • Undertake work-related travel to project sites;
  • Support CNCF’s Marketing and Communications team with admin tasks as assigned.
  III. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with a non-profit with a passion for working with an organisation that helps improve social conditions in Vietnam and Mongolia. This position will require a creative and dynamic personality that can work in a fast-changing environment.  You must have:
  • Excellent written, translation and interpretation skills (English/Vietnamese)
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong Design and IT skills
  • Intermediate design skills: photography/graphics/video 
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Premier is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • The ability to prioritize workloads 
  • The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivation
  • The ability to be a team player and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good creative skills.
