Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager

KOTO stands for Know One Teach One. KOTO is a Vietnamese social enterprise specialising in providing at-risk and disadvantaged youth in Vietnam an opportunity to undertake a 24-month holistic hospitality training program. KOTO is based in Hanoi and has supported more than 1,000 graduates to end the cycle of poverty and truly empower our trainees to realise their dreams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote KOTO values and KOTO enterprise services on various media (online/offline), including social media groups and professional platforms to expand KOTO’s network within NGO related industry. Network with experts and potential clients to drive KOTO brand awareness.
Collaborate with KOTO Foundation and Restaurant to produce marketing materials to prepare for the marketing calendar. Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
Digital marketing: Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries. Produce marketing copy for KOTO website and social media channels.
Internal communication: Craft and send regular newsletters with organization updates.
Planning and reporting: Planning and budget tracking and reporting for marketing/fundraising campaigns and events.
Event management: Coordinate and manage KOTO’s annual and seasonal events.
Manage customer feedback to inform related departments.

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
Hands-on experience organizing internal and external events.
Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress, Wix,…
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in Canva or other design supporting tools.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics and social media marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field

WORKING CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:

Work Hours: Your standard work schedule will be from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, primarily at KOTO office at 18A Ngô Tất Tố, Văn Miếu, Đống Đa, Hà Nội.
