Marketing & Communications Internship (Full or Part-Time)
Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (‘CNCF’) is a British registered charity. It is a non-religious, non-political and not for profit organization dedicated to serving disadvantaged children. Our projects and programmes in Viet Nam and Mongolia include emergency and long-term medical care, nutritional rehabilitation, education and vocational training support. These services are accomplished within the context of the family and the community whenever possible, and always with love and respect for the dignity of each child as an individual. The Foundation has a long presence in Viet Nam starting in 1991 and has helped thousands of the country’s poorest, most vulnerable children and their families in the last 30 years.
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern who is committed to learning/developing their communication skills in a dynamic and engaging work environment. Develop your CV and help to raise awareness about life transforming projects for some of the world’s most disadvantaged children and communities.
Location: 38 Tu Xuong, District 3, HCMC
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
Working hours
- From Monday to Friday
- Full-time (40 hours/week) and Part-time (25 hours/week)
Starting date: As soon as possible
Main responsibilies
- Assisting in maintaining and updating social media channels (Facebook, Instagram), drafting/writing internal and external publicity materials
- Assisting in preparation and production of communications materials such as pictures, videos, success stories, project milestones, newsletters and others
- Research, collecting relevant data, updating database for communications work
- Providing interpretation and translation if required
- Other admin and support tasks if required
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, communications and social media platforms
- Strong writing skills (English & Vietnamese)
- Intermedia design skills: photography/graphics/video production (Experience with Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Premier is a plus)
- Excellent translation and interpretation skills (English/Vietnamese)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience working in an NGO is desirable
- Willing and being able to undertake work-related travel to project sites
Salary: This is an unpaid placement. No salary, accommodation or food is provided.
