USAID supported DIRECT project is inviting qualified Vietnamese nationals to apply for a position below. DIRECT is implemented by Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH) – a US-based NGO operating in Vietnam over the past 30 years. Learn more about VNAH at: www.vnah-hev.org
Position title: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer (MELO)
Work station: Ho Chi Minh City (or one of these sites: Tay Ninh, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai provinces), with frequent travel to project sites.
Contract term: Up to 3 years (2021-2023)
Qualifications: At least BA degree in health, disability or business-related disciplines; a minimum of 5 years of experience in developmental projects, preferably disability or health-related projects; at least 3 years or equivalent of experience in project monitoring, evaluation and learning; fluent in spoken and written English. A candidate with disability is a plus.
