Overview: UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant to conduct a legal and institutional assessment regarding beneficial ownership transparency of legal persons in Viet Nam Title of the post: National Consultant – Beneficial Ownership Organizational Section/Unit: UNODC Country Office in Viet Nam, UNODC Regional Office for Southeast Asia and Pacific, Bangkok, Thailand Duty station: Hanoi, Viet Nam (home- based) Duration: 1 April 2021 – 13 May 2021 (31 working days in total) Type of contract: Individual Contract The overall aim of this consultancy is to conduct a legal and institutional assessment regarding beneficial ownership transparency of legal persons in Viet Nam.
