National Consultant to Provide Administrative Supports to Viet Nam Women’s Union on Project Closure and Preparation of Project Budget for New Project

National Consultant to provide supports to UN Women and Viet Nam Women’s Union in development of project documents under the programme “Strengthening Human Rights and Gender Equality through climate change actions and disaster risk management” and to financially close ECHO-funded project (TOR-VNM-2020-008) UN Women is looking for a qualified national consultant to provide supports to Viet Nam Women Union to close ECHO project and development of project documents under project on Gender Equality through climate change actions and disaster risk management and to financially close ECHO-funded project. Please refer to the TOR for further information. Interested applicants must submit the following document/information (in PDF format) to demonstrate their qualifications Technical component:

• Letter of interest clearly stating relevant experience and qualifications against required qualifications;
• Signed Curriculum Vitae with contact details of 3 clients for whom you have rendered a preferably similar service who can be contacted for reference.

Financial proposal (with your signature)

• The financial proposal shall specify a total lump sum amount in VND including consultancy fees and all associated costs (i.e. airfares, travel costs, meal, accommodation, tax, insurance, etc.) and MUST be submitted in separated document with technical proposal.
