Overview : UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a national firm/organization for Quantitative Research on Local Governments' Performance in Response to COVID-19 Pandemic from Citizens' Experience and Perception

The objective of the assignment is:

• To understand how the Vietnamese citizens have perceived and experienced the measures to contain the coronavirus adopted by central and local governments from governance and public service provision angles; and,
• To suggest policy actions for central and local governments in response to possible next waves of the COVID-19 pandemic or a similar pandemic.

Interested offerors are invited to submit proposal following guidance in the Request for Proposal to: Email: bid.submission.vn@undp.org

with notification by email (without attachment) to: procurement.vn@undp.org that the bidder has submitted proposal. UNDP will not be responsible for the missing of quotation if the bidder does not send notification email to above address.
