Job Description	We are urgently looking for an experienced staff to fill in the position of National Legal Specialist working for an on-going project funded by a donor in Hanoi for 2.5 year (Part-time). The specialist will assist the International Gender Policy Specialist to: Review laws related to enterprise development with a gender lenses in consultation with the related agencies to recommend revisions to be incorporated into any future amendments to these laws; Cooperate with other expert to recommend the necessary criteria/indicators on Women-owned SME (WSME) to support for making and implementing policy to WSMEs. The National Legal Specialist will play a key role in helping Ministries and the related agencies to implement policy reforms related to women-entrepreneurship. Assignment duration: Part-time, over 30 months (starting in July 2021)

Required Skills/Experience	Required: The National Legal Specialist will have a master’s degree in related field. The specialist should have at least 7 years of public policy, public administration, business administration, legal experience or related field.
