Job Description

We are urgently looking for an experienced staff to fill in the position of National Legal Specialist working for an on-going project funded by a donor in Hanoi for 2.5 year (Part-time).

• Review laws related to enterprise development with a gender lenses in consultation with the related agencies to recommend revisions to be incorporated into any future amendments to these laws;
• Cooperate with other expert to recommend the necessary criteria/indicators on Women-owned SME (WSME) to support for making and implementing policy to WSMEs.

• The National Legal Specialist will have a master’s degree in related field.
• The specialist should have at least 7 years of public policy, public administration, business administration, legal experience or related field.
• Experience advising on policies or laws related to women’s entrepreneurship would be advantageous
• National Specialist should be fluent in Vietnamese and in English and assist in communication with local stakeholders and translation of documents
