Summary description: The Vietnam Urban Energy Security Project is a 4-year, USAID funded activity that addresses the problems of growing energy demand and air pollution through renewable energy and energy efficiency in Vietnam. The Office Administrator and Human Resources (HR) Officer is critical member of the team responsible for ensuring the overall operations of the Hanoi office and supporting the operations of field offices as needed. This includes maintaining good relationships with office vendors; supporting travel logistics and inventory management; supporting the recruitment and contracting process of personnel; and overseeing all HR needs throughout the life of the project.
