We are looking for a committed, result-driven candidate for the position of Office & Government Relations Coordinator, based in Ha Noi, Viet Nam.
Major Functions:
The Office & Government Relations Coordinator supports the Administration and Relations Head in providing high-quality operation support of the diversified office management and building a good relationship with Government agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Business Management, Business Administration, or in relevant fields;
- Experience in related operation position with strong coordination skills;
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative;
- Promptly responds to requests with accuracy and a courteous demeanor;
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with staff, partners, and the community, including difficult and emotional situations.
