Position Overview:

Operations Assistant Intern will support Operations team in take care of financial and administration tasks. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare printing and scanning for Financial reports Support in petty cash payment; Update cashbook daily Support in preparing Financial reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and be able to explain all reported figures Other: Other admin tasks upon request tasks upon Operations Officer Benefits:

Qualifications & Skills: We are not looking for experienced employees, but rather candidates who possess below qualities:

Organized with a methodical/systematic approach

Preferably have a career orientation in NGO sector/passion for contributing to the society and environment
Verbal and Written Presentation skills.
Corporation negotiation skills.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Event planning skills.
Research skills.
Good in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
