Background

Orbis is a non-profit organization based in New York Orbis that works to prevent and treat blindness through hands-on training, public health education, and improved access to quality eye care, advocacy and partnerships with local health care organizations. Since 1982, Orbis has been a pioneer in global eye health, and has worked in 92 countries. Orbis story began with our Flying Eye Hospital, a fully-equipped mobile teaching hospital. We have long-term programs in countries including Bangladesh, China, Ethiopia, India, South Africa, Vietnam and Zambia – with additional programs in parts of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Description of Service

Purpose of this call for tender is to seek qualified suppliers who effectively support to the operations of Orbis International in Vietnam.

Eligibility Criteria

Accommodation and Meeting services

• Be a company duly established and existing under the laws of Vietnam
• 3-5 star standard
• Good customer service
• Safety
• Competitive price
• Hotels that can provide credit facility are highly preferred.
• Service location: Hanoi, Thanh Hoa, Hue, Da Nang, Dac Lac, HCMC, Can Tho, Tien Giang, Ca Mau, Dong Nai.

Transportation service

• Be a company duly established and existing under the laws of Vietnam
• Good customer service
• Trained driver
• Vehicle always in clean condition
• Competitive price
• Service location: Hanoi, Thanh Hoa, Dac Lac, HCMC, Tien Giang, Can Tho, Dong Nai, Ca Mau

Air ticket and travel insurance services

• Be a company duly established and existing under the laws of Vietnam
• Be able to find and present various travel options
• Fast service delivery
• Reasonable service fee

Stationeries and Printing services

• Be a company duly established and existing under the laws of Vietnam
• Good customer service/ fast delivery
• Competitive price
• Regularly update list/price of items

Documents to be submitted

• Company profile
• Business license
• Sample of invoice
• Big customers
• Quotation for specific service

• Applications should be submitted within two weeks from the date of the announcement.
