Salary: AUD $67,830.00 + 9.5% Super

We are seeking a motivated Programme Officer to support our peacebuilding work in Papua New Guinea. We are seeking a diligent and organised individual who has strong interpersonal skills, displays high level of initiative, problem-solving skills and works well as part of a team. It is essential that applicants for this role have the right to work in Australia. Job purpose The Programme Officer will provide project implementation, administrative and logistical support necessary for an expanding programme of work in Papua New Guinea. The post holder will play a key role in liaising with partners across the areas in which we work, and in managing programme events and information. Reporting to the Papua New Guinea Project Manager, the Programme Officer will be based in Melbourne and will undertake occasional travel to Papua New Guinea in the regions where the programme is operating. *Please note that this is a reposting of the same role advertised in February 2020.
