Child Sponsorship Programme (CSP)

I. JOB PURPOSE (summary of the overall role of the job)

To assist sponsorship officers in writing annual reports of sponsored children to send to their sponsors.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES (Primary responsibilities are those over which the job holder has a controlling impact on end results)

- Ensure annual reports' content for sponsored children written in English according to the information provided by CSP social workers.

- Ensure annual reports using the provided format (adding child's photo, and transcripts, formating paragraph).

- Editing and receive feedback until annual reports have been confirmed.

- Ensure to deliver assigned deadlines

- Mode of work: Online/Offline depends on the work schedule

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS (Minimum knowledge, experience, skills and specialization required for competent performance of this job)

- Start as soon as possible, commit in February and March 2022.

- Excellent command of English writing

- Good command of computer literacy

- Positive thinking and ability to work within team environment

- Clerical speed and accuracy

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

V. TRAININGS REQUIRED (Necessary trainings required for the job holder)

- Data and document management.

- Annual report format and template.

- Reference of annual reports.

Christina Noble Children's Foundation (www.cncf.org) at District 3, HCMC is looking for two part-time project assistants with excellent English writing skill to join in as soon as possible (Preferably Before Tet). Can do either in office or remote.

Main responsibility is to write child annual reports in English based on provided information.
