About the Role

As a Partnerships & Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with our partners. You will actively contribute to our product development initiatives at KOTO. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in various facets of partnership management, including relationship building, coordination, and administration.

You will gain a deep understanding of the unique characteristics and challenges of social enterprise products. Moreover, you will expand your knowledge in diverse fields such as education, vocational training, community organizations, social enterprises, hospitality, and international cooperation.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and socially responsible environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing partnership plan.
• Conduct research on potential partners and competitors.
• Coordinate in managing database of partners to serve for communications and interactions.
• Provide administrative support to the Partnerships & Business Development team, including data entry and organization.
• Support in the writing of partnership agreements and contracts

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Vietnamese are fluently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in business development and partnership management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relationship or a related field.

Locations & Commitments

• 3 months internship contract
• Full-time
• 8.30 am – 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday
• 18A Ngo Tat To, Dong Da, Hanoi

• Travel allowance of VND 1 million/month and free lunch provided.
