📍 POSITION DESCRIPTION
LIN Center for Community Development is seeking a young and dynamic candidate for the position of Philanthropy Advocacy Executive. The person’s primary responsibility is to support and assist the Head of Philanthropy Advocacy to plan, coordinate and execute programs that: raise awareness of the public about philanthropy and nonprofit sector; advocate for a supportive legal philanthropy environment for corporates and individuals in Vietnam.
📍 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Head of Philanthropy Advocacy to plan and organize events, meetings, activities to achieve the goals of the department.
- Execute the assigned tasks independently with good quality and responsible manners.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct admin work to support the department activities (write meeting minutes, prepare meeting minutes, documents, presentations, reports under the guidance of Head of Philanthropy Advocacy)
- Liaise with partners, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
📍 REQUIREMENTS
Education: University Degree in Public Relation, Event Management or related field;
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the role that requires coordination with different stakeholders.
- Experienced in organizing meetings & events.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
