Consultant’s responsibilities:
- The key objective of this assignment is to conduct a photo documentary of the project activities at 13 schools in 2 locations (Dien Bien and Dong Nai) and Closing workshop in Do Son, Hai Phong with highlights of the day.

Final deliverables
The selected consultant is expected to deliver:

A set of photos (minimum of 25 final products/activity - totally 20 activities) which is a combination of portrait, landscape, and action photos shot close-up, long shot, medium shot, establishing shot, and/or point of view shot. The photos should at least show the process of the project activity, teachers, students, key stakeholders, partners and staff of all genders and ability, and their interaction in the activity, etc.

One summary video (4-5 minutes’ length) about workshop, the video should combine photos and short footages of the workshop bringing out the quality and content that fits assignment objectives with Vietnamese audio and English subtitles.
The selected consultant team is required to work with the project to define detail expectations and messages. The team is required to work with the project team to select the photos for retouching as final products to be delivered within 5 days after the activity finishes. All photographs (including raw photos) will remain the property and copy right of SC.
Technical specifications for photos and video:

JPEG Format. Size at least 5MB. DPI = 300. At least width x height 4488 x 2953 pixel.

Agreed details on messages, quality, content, etc. of the photos for final payment.
Main competencies required
-
Demonstrated professional experience in photography (Consultants are requested to submit their portfolio).

Demonstrated professional experience in designing photography concepts.

Preferably having experience in working with international non-profit organizations (INGO) in similar tasks or assignments.
