Program Administrator Job Responsibilities · Complete a variety of administrative and organization tasks as assigned · Schedule and coordinate staff and VIP travel logistics · Conduct monthly merchandise, uniform and supplies inventory and place approved orders · Maintain well organized paper and electronic filing systems, including google drive, dropbox, etc. · Provide administrative support for instructors with learning materials, documents and handouts · Assist with program participant recruitment, screening, and intake process · Support STREETS’ special events such as Trainee Graduations and annual STREETS Eats fundraiser Qualifications

College Degree (preference given for international study experience)

Minimum 1 year professional work experience in hospitality, business or NGO/social enterprise
Demonstrated professional and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel (will be tested in interview process)
Excellent written, spoken and English translation (will be tested in interview process)
Flexible and adaptable to business travel requirements

Must live in or relocate to Hoi An at start of employment, one time relocation expense provided
Flexible work schedule, including in-country travel, evening and holiday as needed
Vietnamese Citizen preferred
