Founded in 2009, LIN Center for Community Development is a not-for-profit organization. We envision equal access to social and economic opportunities and an improved quality of life for all (irrespective of age, race, gender, ethnicity, origin, etc..). Through grants, technical support and networking, LIN helps local nonprofit organizations (NPOs) and philanthropists (skilled volunteers and donors) to strengthen and grow so they can fulfill their potential as vehicles for sustainable development, poverty alleviation and citizen participation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary roles and responsibilities of this position include:
• Liaise with NPOs regarding their capacity development objectives, and updated needs;
• Visit NPOs regularly to keep the relationships, and get updated about their challenges and community services;
• Be in charge of other NPO Partnership Services: Peer Advisory, Home for Nonprofit, NPO Forum;
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: University degree and/or having experience in a nonprofit and/or NGO work, social and development work, voluntary work.
Skills:
• Professional attitude towards work.
• Experience working with data system management.
• Highly organized, multitask and comfortable with responsibility.
• Ability to initiate work plans and deliver effectively to deadlines (proactive and results oriented).
