Program Coordinator (STREETS International)

BACKGROUND

Streets International, là một tập đoàn phi lợi nhuận 501 của Hoa Kỳ có trụ sở tại New York, được thành lập để đào tạo về ẩm thực và khách sạn cho trẻ em đường phố, trẻ mồ côi và những thanh thiếu niên có hoàn cảnh khó khăn khác trên khắp Đông Nam Á.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Meet with, support, and monitor program participants’ daily well-being and program progress.
Coordinate and schedule the weekly Recreation and Life Skills program, including guest speakers, teaching materials, and feedback evaluations.
Coordinate program participant recruitment, including scheduling the STREETS team for application screening, interviews, and home visits.
Communicate and provide support as needed to complete all youth applications, including following up with referring NGOs and other service organizations.
Complete quarterly update reports and coordinate graduate job placement and career development.
Participate in other administrative and organizational activities as assigned.
Conduct all activities professionally and maturely, including appropriate attire and attitude.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Qualifications:

College or University Degree
Minimum 2-year professional work experience in hospitality, business, NGO, or social enterprise (preference for international experience)
Demonstrated professional and organizational skills with attention to details
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (will be tested in the interview process)
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (will be tested in the interview process)

Requirements:

Live in or relocate to Hoi An at the start of employment; a one-time relocation expense provided
Flexible work schedule, including business travel with evenings and holidays as needed
Vietnamese Citizen preferred
