Hagar International in Vietnam, an international NGO based in Hanoi, invites applications from interested and experienced Vietnamese candidates for the following position.

Requirement of the position:

Position Requirements		Essential or Preferable
Education	Master’s Degree in Social Science, Sociology, or other relevant discipline	Essential
Education	PHD Degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, or other relevant degree	Preferred
Knowledge/Skills	Strong analytical & critical thinking skills Ability to coordinate and network effectively Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting depending upon the task Able to take direction Demonstrated management, organizational, and administrative skills Sound knowledge about social work, gender equity, violence against women and girls, human trafficking, sexual abuse, etc. Experienced leader Excellent Microsoft Word/Excel skill Advanced level of written/spoken English	Essential
Experience	Minimum 5-year experience in project management, coordination, monitoring and Evaluation Demonstrated interpersonal experience, team building and team management Networking and partnership building experience across a range of stakeholders	Essential
Personal Attributes	High level of integrity and transparency Demonstrates initiative Responds constructively to direction and feedback Accepting and considerate of others Committed to Hagar’s Vision, Mission and Values	Essential
