PROGRAM SUPPORT OFFICER

About the role

The Program Support Officer is responsible for the general support of program planning, implementation and monitoring activities including administration, finance, logistics, procurement, documentation, event and travel management. The role is essential in maintaining program efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Support Officer, this position will:

Carry out all related administrative and logistical activities for the "carbon for good C4G" project (40% of time).

Be responsible for procuring goods & services following CARE policy and donor regulations (45% of time)

Provide other support in project implementation and monitoring tasks (10% of time).

Provide administrative and logistic support to other projects as required (5% of time).

Ideally, you will have:

Good knowledge and proven experience in administration, logistics and procurement;

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with different stakeholders; and

Positive working attitude, a can-do approach, and willingness to contribute to the team's synergy.
