Programme Assistant Education and Society, Hanoi (VIE-AES-0035)
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- provide administrative and logistical support for the delivery of activities under the Education and Society (E&S) Programmes.
- have the opportunities to develop understanding of work in international cultural relations, especially between the UK and Vietnam, and to acquire practical skill sets necessary for supporting the management of Education and Society Programmes.
Our work in society helps citizens and institutions contribute to a more inclusive, open and prosperous world and connects local issues to global themes, ranging from social action to diversity and youth issues. We run programmes in partnership with local and international organisations who provide expertise in areas such as youth and social entrepreneurship, equal opportunity and diversity, migration, social inclusion and engagement, and active citizenship.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
- have a degree from relevant fields such as arts, culture or business management, international relations, English and other social sciences.
- have minimum one year of proven experience in project management and in general administration.
- have basic knowledge of work in one of the following areas: education, arts, cultural relations, or civil society

Employment Benefits
- Payband 3/J (From VND 10,903,000 per month)
- Standard working hours of 37.5 hours and five days a week
