ERM VIETNAM

ERM has worked in Vietnam since 1993, and in order to meet the growing needs throughout the region, opened an office in Ha Noi in 1998. In 2002, we relocated to Ho Chi Minh city.

Our team includes both local and international consultants with the technical expertise and detailed local knowledge required to address the particular needs of the region and conduct environmental, health, safety, risk, social and sustainability projects across Vietnam.

We work for major multinational investors in the power, energy, oil and gas, mining and manufacturing sectors as well as for international development banks and financial intermediaries.

ROLE PROFILE:

  • Support the report formatting including report production to meet client requirements and deadlines

  • Support in the preparation and submission of proposal

  • Support in preparing contract/subcontractor agreement

  • Set up all new ERM projects by working with project managers

  • Manage the change for the project as required by project manager and in-line with ERM practices

  • Provide administrative support to consulting staffs and clients

  • Organize project meeting and workshop, prepare meeting/ workshop materials

  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in any fields

  • 1-2 experience years in administrative and contract management work are preferred

  • Details orientation and accurateness

  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Well organized and diligence

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of staff

  • Service minded

  • Proficient in basic computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, Power Point)
