Duties and Responsibilities
The KVPVP Outcome 1 Project Analyst has the following duties and responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective project planning and implementation
- Monitor and report on progress in implementing project Outcome 1 activities and achieving the targets set, with a focus on EORE activities and victim assistance
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and coordination

Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
- Advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Project Management or related field is required.
- A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience:
- Up to 2 years (with master’s degree) or 2 years (with bachelor’s degree) of progressively responsible relevant experience at the national or international level in providing management advisory services, design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects, and/or leading and managing projects in the fields of mine action, social assistance, poverty reduction/livelihood development for vulnerable people, such as persons with disabilities and social assistance beneficiaries is required.
- Experience in the development sector, either with an international organization, non-governmental organization or Government
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management including planning, implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, and reporting.
- Experience in working, liaising, and collaborating with a UN agency, and with the Ministry of National Défense and/or MOLISA.
- Prior experience in mine action, EORE, and EO victim or person with disability assistance.
- Experience in coordinating projects in multiple provinces.
- Previous experience in project management in international organizations
Required Languages:
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese is required.
