- Assist the Team in the overall implementation of the project;
- Assist the Team in coordinating the implementation of the project with the other partners such as NGOs and Youth Groups;
- Assist the Team in monitoring the progress of the project;
- Assist the Team in monitoring of the procurement of equipment needed for training;
- Assist the Team in the preparation of the project completion report;
- Organize and monitor schedules and ensure that deadlines are met;
- Report updates verbally to management;
- Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team member.
- Minimum of 1-year working experience in a relevant field is
- mandatory;
- NGO and youth work experience is preferable;
- Experience in a non-formal education setting is desirable;
- Experience in a cross-cultural environment is desirable.
- University degree in social science, journalism, communications and/or development related studies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving;
- Able to proactively address potential issues;
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude;
