BACKGROUND OF "ONE WORLD, ONE LANGUAGE" 10 years of accompanying the visually impaired helps VAF understand how important knowledge and qualifications are to them, and how these elements facilitate their integration into the community. In this era of globalization, one of the keys to knowledge, better study and job opportunities, is English. Differences, barriers or Limitations are somewhat solved when people can get closer together thanks to this one language. With that in mind, VAF wishes to build and develop an English Class Project for the visually impaired in Hanoi, a gate to their brighter and more colorful life. Will you join us? Position: Project Coordinator Interns Report to: Director Time: 15 hours/ week ( 8 hours in the office in minumum) Duration: 6 months (Sep 2020 - Mar 2021) YOUR JOB Communication

Communicate with the visually impaired to gain insight into their needs and expectations in learning English; receive feedback so that appropriate and timely adjustments can be made
Connect and work closely with other parties to support the project development

Management

Participate in recruiting teachers and volunteers for the Project; work together and exchange ideas to develop and run the project.
Coordinate, divide and assign tasks to the project’s personnel appropriately; supervise and motivate members, ensure project effectiveness.
