Project Facilitator (FIDR)

Background

FIDR is now seeking qualified Vietnamese national staffs for the position Project Facilitator, based in Danang city, working for Project in Central Vietnam, or Central Highland region. We strongly encourage people who already have some previous working experience, and want to seek their professional career in the field of community development and humanitarian aid, to apply for this position.

Main responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration and communication with other staffs of the project team, project partners, and concerned organizations to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of project activity.

• Coordination and implementation of the project activities.

• Build capacity for local partner project management.

• Monitor, evaluate and report on project activities and is supervised by Project Manager.

• Cooperate directly with local partners, interact with team members and assist Project Manager.

• Translation as required by supervisors.

Qualification

• University graduate in relevant fields.

• At least 2 years of proven working experience on English environment.

• Very good computer (MS-Excel, Word, etc.) and data analysis skills.

• Project planning, implementing and report writing skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• High commitment to working for the vulnerable people such as children and the poor.

• Able to communicate and understand mind of ethnic minority communities and respect them.

• Ability to travel and work at remote and mountainous areas.

• Able and willing to work at weekends in case needed.
