Coordinator: VND 15.5 – 20 million

Officer: VND 9 – 15.5 million

iSEE is a non-profit organization working for the rights of all people, including minority groups. iSEE aims to promote the values of freedom, equality, and tolerance in Vietnamese society.

Working predominantly in Hanoi and in a friendly and diverse environment, the Public Relation and Partnership Development Coordinator/Officer will be in charge of develop and maintain public relation and partnership of the organization in order to promote the image of iSEE and their programs and to facilitate fundraising activities.

Basing on the competences of selected candidate, the position of Coordinator or Officer will be offered.

Major responsibility:

  • Manage relations with organization’s partners;
  • Manage the communication promoting image of iSEE and their programs and;
  • Coordinate private fundraising activities with program team.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of anthropology, sociology, public health, economics and other social sciences;
  • Be able to work with autonomy and creativity;
  • Have basic knowledge and strong interest in development issues;
  • Have good communication and writing skills in English;
  • Experience working in social media and communication for business.

Public Relation and Partnership Development Coordinator/Officer

Objective

Building relations and partnerships between iSEE and partners, participating fundraising works through setting up CRM managing system, and planning communication strategy and identity construction.

Expected results and responsibility

Partnership management

-      Implement and monitor Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)

-      Manage and update communication materials and website.

-      Manage social media channels (Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Youtube,…) and network of journalists.

-      Manage the process of publishing newsletter or other strategic partnership plans for sustainability.

-      Participate in networking activities.

Private sector fundraising and partnership

-      Participate in planning initiative proposals with program teams to fundraise from private sector. 

-      Coordinate the implementation process of private sector fundraising activities, education service, research service and social business for instance.

Other responsibilities

-      Participate in organizational planning of iSEE; and

-      Support organizational development activities that are suitable with the expertise;

Key knowledge, skills and qualities

Required knowledge and skills

-      Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of social sciences, development, communication and anthropology;

-      Experience working with youth, ethnic minority group, private sector is an advantage.

-      Creative thinking and innovative spirit

-      Commitment to iSEE values, principles and practices in cultural diversity, sexual diversity, human rights based approach;

-      Ability to work independently, take responsibility and complete work within deadlines;

-      Good communication skills and leadership; and

-      Good communication and writing skills in Vietnamese and English.

Contract and Benefit

-      Labor contract as prescribed by Vietnam regulations;

-      Working hours: 37.5 hour/week; 24 annual leave/year and 10 sick leave/year;

-      Entitle to health, training, and insurance based on iSEE’s human resources policies;

-      Organizational support for person development objectives, connect and support for application of scholarships and fellowships in and out of Viet Nam; and

-          Negotiable salary depending on personal experience and capacity.

-          The monthly salary package will include gross salary and mandatory social security, entitled to thirteenth-month salary.

-          Job description may be adjusted accordingly to enhance the capability of applicant in appropriation of organizational development plan.
