SKILLS REQUIRED

Education: At least graduated College, mechanical, if possible

Language: communication level in English.

General Knowledge of Metal working machines and quality management or ISO system will be an advantage.

At least 5 years relevant working experiences

Strong sense of responsibility

Good communication skill and willing to cooperate with the team

A drive to know and study more in the future

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The candidate needs to know how to build up, design and setup the standard requirements of product quality checking.

Ensure our product quality meet customer’s standard requirement before shipment.

Give out the treatment method for NG products, policy or system for minimize NG products coming out.

Build up quality target and implementation plan as monthly, quarterly and yearly strategies.

At the mass production stage, the candidate needs to monitor and control the whole quality (OQC), especially from sample making until final finished product after shipment.

Responsible for IQC assignment of overall raw material arrival as company’s policy.

Contact, communication and feedback to customers all incoming issues related to company’s quality.

Implementation of ISO system and ensure our workflow follows ISO standard

Report to Top Management about update quality situation, recovery & innovation plans for monthly, next month or next quarter.

Supervision and training of newcomer orientation. Follow up and help newcomers for being quickly familiar with company’s working culture to reduce turnover rate.
