Request for Quotation for Air-ticket

Dear interested bidders,

WWF-Viet Nam is now requesting interested bidders to submit quotations for Air-ticket for WWF-Viet Nam’s Fiscal Year 22 (from July 2021 to June 2022).

• The quotation shall be quoted in VND for a fixed price including all taxes and shall remain valid for at least 90 days after the submission deadline;

• Documents to be supplied with the quotation:
  • Declaration: The format is provided in the Annex I for your use
  • The Bid Submission Form: The format is provided in the Annex II for your use
  • Detailed quotation as in Annex III
  • Company profile, a copy of business license

• The quotation shall be submitted to WWF-Viet Nam no later than 3 PM, 25th May 2021 in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Ref 52.21: Air-ticket”. The sealed envelope shall be addressed to WWF-Vi?t Nam at the following address

Alternatively, bidders have the option of submitting their Bid electronically by email to procurement@wwf.org.vn. The subject of the email should be clearly marked “Ref 52.21: Air-ticket”. Please kindly be noted that limited size of the attached files should not exceed 25MB.

• WWF-Viet Nam reserves the right not to accept any bid failing to meet the requirements stated in this invitation to bid. WWF Viet Nam can cancel the process entirely and re-launch the bidding process in line with its procurement policy.

• WWF-Viet Nam will evaluate the quotations received and a contract will be awarded to the supplier(s) whose quotation is competitive and other requirements are satisfactory.

• The evaluation criteria list is attached in the Annex IV.
