The Fred Hollows Foundation in Vietnam is seeking expressions of interest from Research Organizations/Individuals to conduct the survey on “Determining the prevalence of Diabetic retinopathy in Viet Nam ” with detailed requirements in the attached file.
To express interest in undertaking the work described, please submit the following documents by email to Ms Huong Truong at htruong@hollows.org, by February 10th, 2020.
- A cover letter briefly addressing the key selection criteria and including names and numbers of two references
- List of proposed team members along with their CVs
- One to Two examples of previous written work
- A brief project proposal – 1 to 3 pages. Many aspects of the study methodology are outlined in the terms of reference attached. In addition to these, the project proposal should outline aspects of the study where input from the Research Organisation is sought – e.g. proposed sampling frame, selection criteria, sample size and composition, and which Human Research Ethics Committee the Research
- Organisation would submit to. Although not required, suggestions for innovative approaches to implementation of the research are also appropriate
- Anticipated high-level budget
