STREETS INTERNATIONAL (STREETS) is a successful social enterprise transforming the lives of street kids, out-of-school, and other disadvantaged youth. Our comprehensive 15-month training program, STREETS Restaurant Café and Oodles of Noodles Center started in Hoi An, Vietnam in 2009, and provide bright futures for 50 youth at a time through our English, life skills, hospitality, and culinary training. Located in the beautiful Old Town, this is a unique opportunity to manage our restaurant and noodles tour businesses together with leading the job development of our Trainees. Restaurant & Enterprise Director Job Responsibilities

Manage all STREETS food and beverage enterprises including the STREETS Restaurant Café and Oodles of Noodles culinary tour operations.
Develop, supervise, and schedule all food and beverage staff.
Lead all team members to maintain the international standards for STREETS guest services, food, and beverage, sanitation, and hygiene.
Coordinate the extensive Trainee apprenticing with STREETS Program managers.
Prepare and manage the enterprise & annual budgets.
Control revenue and expenses and report monthly variances.
Complete all other managerial and administrative tasks as a member of the leadership team.

Qualifications

College Degree or Professional Hospitality/Tourism/Culinary Certificate (preference given for International study experience).
Prior full-time hospitality work experience including a minimum of 2 years management role in a restaurant, hotel, tourism, social enterprise, or related business.
Demonstrated critical eye ability with careful attention to operational details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written, spoken, and English.

Requirements

Commitment to the STREETS mission of working with the development of disadvantaged youth.
Must live in or relocate to Hoi An area at the start of employment, one-time relocation expense provided.
Flexible work schedule, including evening, overtime, and holidays as needed.
Vietnamese Citizens preferred.
100% Non-smokers only.
