Maison Chance is a non-governmental organization operating in Vietnam. We provide housing, medical care, education and vocational training for orphans, street children and people with disabilities. Our goal is to help these less fortunate people regain their autonomy and give them the opportunity to reintegrate into society. In 2018, Maison Chance Social Enterprise was established to create more jobs for people with disabilities and to contribute to sustainable development of Maison Chance in the future. All the products of Maison Chance are made by people with disabilities, including products of the sewing workshop, painting workshop, precious stone treatment workshop and the bakery. In addition, we have other business activities such as guesthouse, restaurant and cafeteria and tourism.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sale & Marketing Strategy

Compose Strategic and Business Plans
Building Corp. Branding
Market Research

2. Implementation

Develop detailed sales & marketing plan, monthly action plan, related events, communication development plan and action
In charge of pricing as approved plans
Build and manage client database and targeted key accounts
Compose contracts and follow the purchase orders
Renew contract
Quality and Quantity Control, Quality Assurance, Delivery process…by order
In charge of R&D relevant to market demands
Customer care

3. Evaluation & Report

Evaluation of market behavior
Assess the objectives planned with the current results
Capacity building and provide trainings for the sales and marketing teams (as required)
Report to Director
