We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:
- Position: School Health & Nutrition Project Intern
- Location: Hanoi
- Contract length: 5 months
Main Responsibilities:
- Support project team in preparing supporting documents for project reports such as translating documents, scanning papers, providing logistics for events (if required)
- Assist in implementation of “School Health & Nutrition” project activities
- Arrange logistics for field trips, meetings and workshops and provide meeting minutes for relevant meetings
- Filing project documents
- Phone, fax, mails, scan, print, photocopy, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualifications
- University degree in relevant area
Essential
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Good computer skills including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Positive attitude to work with teachers and students
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites
- Faithfulness, hard-working, details oriented, good interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team
Desirable
- Good communication and organization skill and ability to complete a wide range of tasks
