School Health & Nutrition Project Intern

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:

• Position: School Health & Nutrition Project Intern
• Location: Hanoi
• Contract length: 5 months

Main Responsibilities:

• Support project team in preparing supporting documents for project reports such as translating documents, scanning papers, providing logistics for events (if required)
• Assist in implementation of “School Health & Nutrition” project activities
• Arrange logistics for field trips, meetings and workshops and provide meeting minutes for relevant meetings
• Filing project documents
• Phone, fax, mails, scan, print, photocopy, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant area

Essential

• Good spoken and written English language skills
• Good computer skills including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Positive attitude to work with teachers and students
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites
• Faithfulness, hard-working, details oriented, good interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team

Desirable

• Good communication and organization skill and ability to complete a wide range of tasks
• Commitment to Save the Children values
