Secretary to the President

Position Profile

The Secretary to the President is based in Hanoi, Vietnam and reports directly to the President.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the President including preparing correspondence, reports, and other materials;
  • Setup President’s travel arrangements;
  • Setup and coordinate meeting s and conferences;
  • Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes;
  • Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner (in absence of the receptionist);
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors;
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing;
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position

  • Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work effectively in a team

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Good Vietnamese communication skills

  • Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office applications
