Job purpose: A great opportunity to those who are the final-year or close to the final-year student or fresh-grade would like to learn in Circular Economy for Plastic Waste in Vietnam through on-the-job-of-training in assisting of M&E Manager on implementation of DMDP projects.
Job responsibilities: Provision of technical assistance to M&E and research activities (70%): Input M&E data from DMDP related projects to the M&E system that serves investigations/studies in accordance with guidance/instruction. Possibly participate in field data collection in supporting the implementation of DMDP related investigations/studies/project evaluations In the process of developing tools, templates for M&E works. Supporting in data tracking and entry by using technology devices. Provision of administration and logistic related works (30%): Performing certain project activities as requested by project manager (or designated person) Supporting the production of projects’ publications, including translated text proofreading, graphic designing and laying out in accordance with the corporate design regulations Taking notes or taking photos, shooting video clips when required, etc. during the communication events Support of the administrative tasks, such as filing, contract support, vouchers etc. Minimum requirements: Strong analysis skills Creativity and willingness to think inside and outside the box Interest in sustainable transport and international cooperation Good communication skills Excellent at spoken and written Vietnamese and good communication in English; study in an international environment will be an advantage. Confidence in usual office applications, such as MS Work, PowerPoint, and Excel Willing to take on responsibility and undertake travel to project sites for work if necessary. Available to work in Danang city. The internship is expected to start from December 2022 and last for 3 months. The intern is expected to work at iDE Office in Danang 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday.
