Title: Social worker
Hours of Work: Five days a week, 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm
Salary: 10,000,000VND-11,000,000/month (probation period 90% salary)
Benefits: Annual Leave, Social Insurance, Regular Attendance Bonus, Annual Bonus, Training, etc.
Organization Information
Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF), established in 1950, is an NGO aiming at helping children in need. Through variety of programs, from sponsorship to child protection, from early intervention to advocacy, TFCF has not only served a number of children but also initiated the social welfare system in Taiwan. As one of the biggest NGOs in Taiwan, TFCF sponsors 118,000 children in the whole world and has over 200,000 Taiwanese sponsors.
In order to assist needy children and families in Vietnam, TFCF has registered in 2014, the number of certificates is 251. Beside Vietnam, TFCF has five oversea branch offices in Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Swaziland, Cambodia and Jordan.

Responsibilities
- Assist and support TFCF’s partners in implementing and establishing good relations with sponsors, manage correspondence and maintain relationship between TFCF and its organization, sponsors and sponsored children and their families.
- Strengthen sponsored children and their families on their knowledge and skills; develop their social and/or community network, besides designed and arranged community event and integration services.
- Regularly attend conference & training; read professional books; share experiences with colleagues, fulfill working experience in order to improve service skills; instruct interns with the guidance from Employer.
- Lead volunteers to help deliver child welfare services and programs.
- Assist and support administrative, general office management and public relations.
- Other tasks assigned by the Employer.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor of social work or relevant majors legally academic certificate.
- Vietnamese language is required, as well as good skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Capable in computer and Microsoft Soft skill.
- Work full-time.
- License for motorbike.
- Must have own transport.
- Commit to the job while official contract is issued at least one year.
- Be willing irregular field trip in impoverished and rural areas.
- Must have passion, empathy, sensitivity, high problem-solving skills and communications skills, and ability to work in teams.
