Duties

The incumbent of position manages the delivery, issuance, storage, disposal and inventory control of expendable supplies. The position is in the General Services Section and under the supervision of the GSO Supply Supervisor.       

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

• EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in supply/warehousing/expendables of property/supply management is required.
• JOB KNOWLEDGE: Incumbent of this position must have knowledge of supply chain, warehousing operations and/or property/expendables management. S/he must also have knowledge in computerized inventory and stock control data programs. Knowledge of local vendors and their procedures is required. 

Education Requirements:

Completion of High School (Grade 12) is required.

LANGUAGE: 

• Good Working Knowledge Level Speaking/Reading/Writing of English is required.  
• Good Working Knowledge Level Speaking/Reading/Writing of Vietnamese is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

Incumbent must have strong recordkeeping, technical, administrative skills and attention to details. He/she must also have computer competencies including basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.
